Tickets and Sponsorship Refund Policy

Unfortunately we cannot issue any refunds for cancelation due to weather, acts of god, emergency, or anything else that may effect the safety of the residents. incase of increment weather and the event is canceled the proceeds will all still be donated.

Generally speaking, a Refund Policy often addresses these types of issues: the timeframe for asking for a refund; will the refund be full or partial; under which conditions will the customer receive a refund; and much, much more.
